Movement for Your Mind
Movement for Your Mind was designed for Noah's House to teach youth and young adults daily activities they can do to benefit their mental health. Each week will focus on a new topic from mindfulness, exercises for mental health to nutrition. Each weeks topic will help support healthy cognitive and emotional health. An instructor with knowledge in that topic will teach.
Movement for Your Mind is a 4-week program running on Wednesdays. The first day of the program is Wednesday, October 7th, 2020 from 6:00 PM- 7:00 PM
