The Liberty Project
A social enterprise created by Enactus Windsor, a student-run organization at the University of Windsor, which aims to address human rights needs. Our workshops pertain to the issues faced by different demographics like girls and LGBTQ+ youth. The curriculum includes lessons on self-esteem, violence against all genders and communities, economic justice, financial literacy and human rights offered in an engaging setting.
This is a 4-week program running on Tuesdays. 6:00 PM- 7:30 PM

Crafting with Danielle
Crafting can help with the symptoms of anxiety, depression and, loneliness, according to research. Join us for a 4-week program where each week we do a new craft and focus on positive mental health activities.

Movement for Your Mind
Movement for Your Mind was designed for Noah's House to teach youth and young adults daily activities they can do to benefit their mental health. Each week will focus on a new topic from mindfulness, exercises for mental health to nutrition. Each weeks topic will help support healthy cognitive and emotional health. An instructor with knowledge in that topic will teach.
Movement for Your Mind is a 4-week program running on Wednesdays. The first day of the program is Wednesday, October 7th, 2020 from 5:00 PM- 6:00 PM
